WLD are seeking tenders for the delivery of an Area/Village Enhancement Training Programme in Co. Wexford.  This programme provides an opportunity to empower communities to identify enhancements reflective of the communities make up and to plan to manage implementation of the same.  A community could encompass a specific housing estate, one small area of a town or a village centre.
