What We Do:

  • Deliver high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and internal controls to maximize financial oversight and minimize risk.
  • Maintain structured budgeting and variance reporting processes, including financial and non-financial performance indicators for Board review.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management and programme coordinators to aid informed decision-making.
