The central focus of our Community Connection Project (CCP) is to develop ways to create dialogue and understanding about the reality of immigration in targeted communities in south Co. Wexford.
Through informal education, dialogue, critical analysis, conversations and collaboration, this project tests, examines and documents different ways to strengthen community cohesion and build inclusive connections at a local level in the south of Co. Wexford, including addressing challenges caused by misinformation/disinformation.

The Community Connection Project works on an outreach basis in close collaboration with the Community Development Team, and nationally with the Local Development Companies Network.
This pilot project is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht.
