Participant Supports:
Supports people with an intellectual disability in Wexford to gain the skills and experience to move closer to employment. This five-year programme runs from: 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2028 is funded through the WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme and is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union.
The programme offers personalised supports, training, education, work placement and employment opportunities for people who have or identify as having an Intellectual Disability.

Employer Supports:
Our programme also supports employers in creating disability inclusive workplaces.
We are keen to engage with employers across County Wexford to offer training in Disability Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace and information on available employment grants through the Department of Social Protection.
Employers can get involved in the programme by offering job sample days, work experience and placements which are fully supported by the WorkAbility team.
We look forward to working with you to foster inclusive workplaces.
